Jenny
Facilitator
Jenny Bonta is an Advanced Somatic Breathwork Practitioner whose work explores the intersection of breath, body, nature, and intentional living. Her own journey began with a desire to feel more connected to herself and her life and has grown into a practice rooted in the belief that meaningful transformation happens not only in extraordinary moments, but in the way we meet our everyday lives.
Her approach weaves somatic breathwork with sound, nature-based practices, EFT, Access Bars, and other embodiment tools to help people slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with their own capacity for healing and change.
Jenny believes our breath and the natural world are some of our most accessible teachers—and that the work isn't about continually becoming someone new, but learning how to more fully inhabit the life we're already living.

Jenny and John
Journey Beyond Breath
Together, Jenny and John created Journey Beyond Breath from a shared belief that transformation shouldn't be something we experience only at retreats, workshops, or on a yoga mat—it should change the way we live.
Their work combines somatic breathwork, embodiment, sound, energy work, and connection with the natural world to create experiences that invite people back into relationship with themselves and their lives.
Married since 2010, Jenny and John bring different perspectives and personalities to their work, grounded in a shared curiosity about what it means to live with greater awareness, intention, and aliveness.

John
Facilitator
John Bonta is an Advanced Somatic Breathwork Practitioner and Reiki II practitioner who brings a grounded, practical presence to his work with individuals and groups. After more than three decades working as a diesel locomotive mechanic, John's path into breathwork and energy work has shown him that meaningful personal practice doesn't have to exist separately from everyday life.
Through somatic breathwork, Reiki, and embodied practices, John creates space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore what becomes possible when the body is given room to breathe, feel, and respond.
His approach is straightforward, compassionate, and deeply human—meeting people where they are without requiring them to become someone else first.
